Complete Bathroom and Kitchen Installations are a family run business and have over 15 years experience in installing and fitting bathrooms and kitchens in the Wirral and Merseyside area. We offer a free planning and design service, and we work closely with you and incorporate your ideas to ensure that we provide the kitchen or bathroom that you've always dreamed of, all at competitive prices.

At Complete, we know what a difficult and expensive decision it can be deciding on your kitchen or bathroom design. we also fully understand what a daunting task choosing the right fitter can be. I started the company in 2006, already having over 10 years experience, In 2008 I became a member of the Guild of master craftsmen. The Guild's moto is integrity, quality and service, the same three ideals I try to uphold within my company.
The guild of master craftsmen is an independent association, they are not only there to represent the high standards that my company strives to meet, but also to act as a safety net for customers. To become a member of the guild, I had to prove that my company met there requirements in the quality of my work, my commitment to customer care and the level of overall service. They spoke to previous customers and made the decision to allow the company to become a member based on what they said.
Not only did I have to be deemed good enough initially, but I constantly have to prove I am maintaining these high standards. At the end of each job an anonymous questionnaire is handed out to the customer to fill in and send directly to the guild. The ratings from these customer reviews can be seen on the guilds website. I now have set up my own website showing a gallery of work I have carried out in the past. I have also recently started a Facebook page, I keep it updated with all my latest photos and provides an opportunity for previous customers to post any comments they want to make about the company or work they have had done.
